The majority shareholders are Tor Investment Management and Kerogen Capital.
Tor Investment Management is a leading independent alternative asset manager in Asia-Pacific with approximately US$2 billion under management across seven sponsored funds and various co-investments. The firm was founded in 2012 to provide investors with access to the Asia-Pacific markets, across a broad set of public and private investment opportunities.
Kerogen Capital is an independent private equity fund manager based in Hong Kong and London specialising in the international oil and gas sector with approximately US$ 1.6 billion in invested and committed capital. Kerogen is currently invested in 13 countries across 4 continents with a portfolio of 11 flagship oil and gas appraisal and development projects.
The foundation shareholder was the Clough family. Through Clough Engineering they entered PNG in 1989 and completed numerous oil and gas infrastructure projects in PNG including the Kutubu and Hides field development, the Kumul Marine terminal and the construction of the Napa Napa refinery, together with three major joint ventures comprising over US$1.5 billion of work in the construction of the PNG LNG gas processing plant near Port Moresby in PNG.
