Health, safety and security

Twinza’s recognises that its activities present process safety, personal safety, security and health and wellbeing risks. Twinza is committed to providing and maintaining a safe workplace so that its employees, contractors and visitors go home safe and well.

Our commitment to health, safety and security is led from the Board and Executive Leaders guided by our Code of Conduct, Policies and management systems to manage our risks. Our Leaders aim to create a culture in which everyone is encouraged to speak up and intervene on safety issues in line with our values and polices.

Business ethics, anti-bribery, anti-corruption and transparency

Twinza is committed to preventing any form of corruption and bribery and to upholding all laws relevant to these issues, including the anti-corruption legislation. In order to support this commitment, Twinza has adopted an anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy (ABC Policy as part of the Corporate Governance Policy) to ensure that it has effective procedures in place to prevent Corruption and Bribery.

Twinza corporate values require that in all aspects of business all personnel act honestly, adhere to the highest ethical standards, and act in compliance with all relevant legal requirements.

Twinza is aware of the risks and hence key governance controls and transparency. This is an area of focus for implementation, training, monitoring and reporting.
